1What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. It lets the site recognise your browser on your next page view or next visit. We also use closely related technologies — local storage, session storage and pixel tags — and this policy covers those too.
Cookies are either session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which stay until they expire or you delete them. Some are set by us (first-party) and some by services we use (third-party).
2Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to work. They handle dealer portal sign-in and session security, hold an order in progress, balance server load, and protect forms and the website assistant against abuse. These cannot be switched off through our cookie banner, because the site would stop functioning without them. You can still block them in your browser, but parts of the site will break.
Functional
Remember choices you make — language, region, whether you have dismissed a notice, and display preferences in the swatchbook. They also hold the thread of a website assistant conversation so it survives a page change. Turning these off means the site forgets your settings between visits, and the assistant starts fresh each time.
Performance and analytics
Tell us how the site is used in aggregate: which collections get viewed, where people drop out of the dealer application, how quickly pages load, and which errors occur. We use this to fix problems and decide what to build next. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Marketing
Measure whether our campaigns reach the right audience and let us show relevant product advertising on other platforms. These are only set if you accept them.

Embedded content — for example a YouTube video or an interactive map — may set its own cookies once you load or play it. Those are controlled by the provider, not by us.
4Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we rely on. Each has its own privacy policy, which governs what they do with the data:

- Supabase (dealer portal authentication) — supabase.com/privacy

5Managing your choices
When you first visit, we ask which optional categories you accept. Strictly necessary cookies are always on; functional, performance and marketing cookies are off until you accept them.
You can change your mind at any time through Cookie Settings, which is also linked in the footer of every page. Changes take effect immediately, and cookies you withdraw consent for are cleared on your next page load.
6Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The relevant help pages are:
Blocking all cookies will stop the dealer portal from working, since sign-in depends on them.
7Do Not Track
Browsers differ in how they implement “Do Not Track” and there is no agreed standard for responding to it, so this site does not respond to DNT signals. Use the cookie settings above instead — those we do honour.
8Changes
We update this policy when we add or remove a service that sets cookies. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
